Sora Skin & Aesthetics — med spa website concept

A calm, premium concept website for a fictional Austin med spa, built around free consultation booking, transparent starting prices and memberships.

Concept project. Sora Skin & Aesthetics is a fictional business. We designed this site to show how we approach websites in this industry. No real client, no invented results.

Note: Sora Skin & Aesthetics is a fictional business. This is a concept website Newzen designed to show how we approach a med spa website. It is not a client project, and it has no real results to report.

The problem with most med spa websites

Many med spas run on templates that look the same: stock photos of smiling models, a menu of treatments with no prices, and a "contact us" form at the bottom of a long page. Visitors can't tell whether the clinic is medically run, what anything costs, or how to book without making a phone call. On a phone, the booking button is often hard to find. Many of these visitors are comparing three or four clinics at once, so a slow or vague site loses them to a competitor.

Goals for the concept

  • Make booking a free consultation the obvious next step from every screen.
  • Build trust through medical oversight, clear pricing and patient consent, not hype.
  • Turn one-off visitors into recurring patients with clear memberships.
  • Give a calm, premium feel that matches a high-ticket, personal service.

Design decisions

We chose warm neutrals (ivory, sand and espresso) with one refined clay accent. The type pairing is a soft, light serif (Fraunces) for headlines and a clean sans (Manrope) for body text, so the page reads as both elegant and clinical. Since no photography was available, the hero uses an illustrated profile under a setting-sun arch, which echoes the logo mark: a sun on the horizon, because "sora" means sky.

The provider section uses illustrated avatars in place of headshots and is labelled clearly as placeholder content. The wording leads with who performs injectables and who oversees them, because that is the first safety question careful patients ask.

Honest pricing and proof

Every treatment card shows a "starting at" price, and a dedicated pricing section explains why final costs vary (for example, units of neurotoxin). The before-and-after gallery is built as a comparison slider, with each card clearly marked as a placeholder for photos shared with patient consent. Reviews are not invented: there is a slot for a live Google reviews widget, shown in an empty state.

Conversion features

  • Sticky header with tap-to-call and a "Book consultation" button.
  • Hero offer: a free, no-pressure consultation, plus a floating booking card that shows how online scheduling would look.
  • A four-step "first visit" process that reduces anxiety for first-time patients.
  • Three membership tiers with a highlighted middle option and plain-language terms.
  • A financing note near pricing and in the FAQ.
  • A short consultation form with treatment-interest chips and a reminder not to send medical details.

Mobile decisions

Most med spa traffic comes from phones, often from Instagram or Google Maps. On mobile, the header shrinks to the logo, a call icon and a short "Book" button, and a fixed bottom bar keeps Call and Book consult within thumb reach. Treatment cards, tiers and the gallery stack into one column, the process becomes a vertical timeline, and every form field is full width with large tap targets.

SEO and local SEO plan

  • Separate service pages for Botox, fillers, facials, microneedling, laser hair removal and peels, each targeting "[treatment] Austin" searches.
  • Area pages or sections for nearby suburbs the clinic actually serves.
  • A fully completed Google Business Profile with services, prices, photos and regular posts.
  • MedicalBusiness and Service schema, plus FAQ markup on treatment pages.
  • Fast, image-light pages with good Core Web Vitals.

What the real build would include

A live version would connect to the clinic's booking software, add a real review feed, and set up conversion tracking for calls, form submissions and bookings in Google Analytics and ad platforms. It would also include a consent-managed photo gallery, financing partner integration, membership sign-up, and a privacy-aware approach to intake forms.
