Amazon PPC management for brands and sellers
Structured Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns built around your real margins, with clear ACoS and TACoS reporting. Fixed price, your Seller Central access stays yours.
What is Amazon PPC management?
Amazon PPC (pay-per-click) means the sponsored listings you see in Amazon search results and on product pages. When someone types "bamboo cutting board set" into Amazon, many of the top results are ads. You pay only when a shopper clicks, and the click takes them to your product listing.
Amazon Ads management means we plan, build and run those campaigns for you in the Amazon Ads console, so your products show up for the searches that lead to sales, at a cost that still leaves you a profit.
Amazon is different from most ad platforms in one important way: people on Amazon are already shopping. They are not scrolling for entertainment or researching a problem. That makes Amazon traffic valuable, and it also means competition for good search terms can be intense.
This service is for brands and sellers on Amazon in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and EU marketplaces, whether you sell through Seller Central (third-party sellers) or Vendor Central (first-party vendors who sell to Amazon wholesale).
Which Amazon ad types do we manage?
Sponsored Products
These are the most common Amazon ads. They promote individual products in search results and on product pages, and they look much like regular listings with a small "Sponsored" label. You need an active Seller Central professional selling account or a Vendor Central account. For sellers, these ads generally show only when your offer is the featured offer (often called the Buy Box), which is one reason pricing and stock matter as much as bids.
Sponsored Brands
Sponsored Brands show your logo, a custom headline and several products, or a short video, usually near the top of search results. They require your brand to be enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. Why it matters: they help shoppers recognize your brand rather than just one product, and can send people to your Amazon Store page.
Sponsored Display
Sponsored Display ads can appear on product pages, on and off Amazon, and can retarget people who viewed your products but did not buy. Seller eligibility includes Brand Registry. Why it matters: they are useful for defending your own product pages from competitors and reminding interested shoppers to come back.
How we structure your Amazon campaigns
A tidy account structure is what makes Amazon PPC controllable. Our usual approach:
- Automatic campaigns for discovery. Amazon chooses which searches and products to show your ad against, based on your listing. This shows us real search terms shoppers use to find products like yours.
- Manual campaigns for control. Search terms that produce sales get moved into manual campaigns with exact match (that exact search), phrase match (searches containing the phrase) and product targeting (showing on specific competitor or related product pages).
- Search term harvesting. We review search term reports regularly, promote winners into manual campaigns and set bids per term based on what each one is worth.
- Negative keywords. Search terms that spend money without selling get added as negatives, so you stop paying for them. Winning terms are also added as negatives in the discovery campaigns, so campaigns do not compete with each other.
Picture a fishing net and a fishing rod. Auto campaigns are the net: they show you where the fish are. Manual campaigns are the rod: you go back for the catches worth having, one at a time.
ACoS and TACoS explained plainly
These are the two numbers you will hear most in Amazon advertising.
- ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) is ad spend divided by sales that came from ads. If you spent $100 on ads and those ads produced $400 in sales, your ACoS is 25%. Lower means each ad-driven sale cost less.
- TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) is ad spend divided by all your sales, ads plus organic. If you spent $100 on ads and sold $1,000 in total, your TACoS is 10%.
Why both matter: ACoS tells you whether your ads are efficient. TACoS tells you whether advertising is helping the whole business grow. On Amazon, ad sales can help your organic ranking over time, so a healthy account often sees TACoS stay steady or fall while total sales grow. We agree target levels with you based on your margins, because a "good" ACoS for a high-margin product can be a loss-maker for a low-margin one.
Why your listing matters as much as your ads
Every Amazon ad sends shoppers to your product listing. If the listing is weak, you pay for the click and lose the sale. Before we push budget, we review:
- Main image and gallery: clear, compliant images that show the product, its size and how it is used
- Title: readable, with the words shoppers actually search, and not stuffed
- Bullet points and description or A+ Content: answering the questions buyers ask before they buy
- Reviews and rating: products with few or poor reviews usually convert worse, and ads cannot fix that on their own
- Price and stock: losing the featured offer or running out of stock stops ads from showing
We will tell you plainly if a listing needs work before ads make sense. We never use or encourage review manipulation of any kind, which breaks Amazon's rules and puts your account at risk.
How we work
- Free growth audit. We review your listings, ad account and margins, and send a written audit within 2 business days.
- Fixed-price quote. You approve a clear quote for setup and monthly management before any work starts.
- Access stays with you. Your Seller Central or Vendor Central account and your Amazon Ads account remain fully yours. We never ask for your main login. You add us as a user with the permissions we need, and you can remove us any time.
- Margin and target setting. We work out break-even ACoS per product so bids are based on profit, not guesswork.
- Build or restructure. New campaigns, or a cleanup of an existing account that keeps useful history.
- Ongoing management. Regular search term harvesting, negative keywords, bid changes and budget shifts, with weekly written updates during setup.
- Monthly report. Spend, ad sales, ACoS, TACoS and what we plan to change next, in plain English.
What affects the price?
Amazon Ads management starts from $750/mo. Ad spend is separate and billed by Amazon to you directly. Price depends on:
- Number of products (ASINs) and product lines being advertised
- Number of marketplaces, such as US plus UK or EU
- Whether you need Sponsored Brands video or other creative
- The state of your existing account
- Whether listing improvements are included
Monthly management is month-to-month with no lock-in.
What we can and cannot promise
No honest agency can guarantee an ACoS, a ranking position or a sales figure. Competition, pricing, reviews, stock and Amazon's own changes all affect results. We guarantee the agreed work, a fixed fee, clear monthly reporting, replies within 1 business day and that your accounts always stay in your control.
Who is Amazon PPC not a good fit for?
- Products with margins too thin to absorb any advertising cost
- Listings with very few or poor reviews, until those are addressed honestly
- Sellers who frequently run out of stock or lose the featured offer
- Anyone wanting Sponsored Brands without Brand Registry; we can explain the registration route, but it takes time
How Amazon Ads connect with our other services
Many brands sell both on Amazon and on their own store. If you also run a Shopify or WooCommerce site, our Google Shopping ads service can bring buyers to your own website, where you keep the customer relationship. For brand awareness that feeds Amazon searches, TikTok ads and Meta ads can help. To see where you stand today, request a free growth audit.
Built to bring in clients, not just look good.
Sponsored Products
Product ads in Amazon search results and on product pages, the core of most accounts, managed with bids set per search term according to what each one is worth to you.
Sponsored Brands
Logo, headline and video ads near the top of search for Brand Registry brands, helping shoppers remember your brand rather than just a single product listing.
Sponsored Display
Ads on product pages and retargeting for shoppers who viewed but did not buy, useful for defending your listings and bringing interested people back to finish.
Auto to manual structure
Automatic campaigns find real search terms, and winners move into exact, phrase and product-targeting campaigns, so spend becomes more controlled and easier to understand.
Harvesting and negatives
Regular search term reviews promote terms that sell and block terms that only spend, which is where much of the wasted budget in Amazon accounts tends to hide.
ACoS and TACoS reporting
Monthly reports explain ad efficiency and the effect on total sales in plain English, with targets based on your actual product margins rather than generic benchmarks.
A clear process. No surprises.

Common questions.
What is a good ACoS on Amazon?
It depends on your margins. A product with a high profit margin can afford a much higher ACoS than one with a thin margin. We calculate a break-even ACoS for each product and set targets from there, rather than chasing a generic number.
What is the difference between ACoS and TACoS?
ACoS is ad spend divided by ad-driven sales, so it measures ad efficiency. TACoS is ad spend divided by total sales, including organic, so it shows how advertising affects the whole business. Watching both gives a more honest picture.
Do I need Brand Registry for Amazon ads?
Not for Sponsored Products, which only need an eligible Seller Central or Vendor Central account. Sellers do need Brand Registry for Sponsored Brands and for Sponsored Display.
Will you need my Seller Central login?
No. You stay the account owner and add us as a user with the permissions we need for advertising and reporting. You can change or remove that access at any time.
Why are my Amazon ads getting clicks but no sales?
Usually the problem is the listing, price or reviews rather than the ads. Weak images, an unclear title, a higher price than competitors or few reviews all reduce conversions. We review your listing as part of the audit.
Can you guarantee a lower ACoS?
No honest agency can guarantee a specific ACoS or sales level. We guarantee the agreed work, structured management, a fixed fee and clear monthly reports, with your accounts always in your control.
