Overview

What is LinkedIn Ads management?

LinkedIn is the one major ad platform where people tell you, in detail, what they do for a living. Their job title, seniority, employer, industry and company size are right there on their profile. LinkedIn Ads let you use that information to show your message to the specific people who buy what you sell, such as operations managers at manufacturing firms with 50 to 500 employees, or practice owners in dental and veterinary clinics.

LinkedIn Ads management means we plan, build and run those campaigns for you: choosing who sees them, writing and designing the ads, setting up tracking, handling leads properly and adjusting week by week based on what the data shows.

This service is built for B2B companies in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and parts of the EU: software and SaaS, IT and cybersecurity services, consulting, accounting and legal firms serving businesses, agencies, recruiters, commercial services, manufacturers and wholesalers. If one new client is worth thousands of dollars or more to you over a year, LinkedIn deserves a serious look.

Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for B2B?

It can be, but it is worth being honest up front: clicks on LinkedIn are typically more expensive than on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), often by a wide margin. You are paying for precision. On Meta, you can reach a lot of people cheaply but cannot reliably target "finance directors at logistics companies". On LinkedIn, you can.

That trade-off makes sense when the value of a customer is high and the number of possible buyers is small. It makes much less sense for most local consumer businesses, like a cafe, salon, gym or home cleaning service. Those owners will usually get far more from Meta ads management or Google Ads management, and we will tell you that in your audit rather than sell you something that does not fit.

A simple test: if you would happily spend a meaningful amount to start one real conversation with the right decision-maker, LinkedIn is probably a fit. If you need hundreds of low-cost orders, it probably is not.

What's included in our LinkedIn Ads management?

Audience targeting by job title, company size and industry

We build audiences from LinkedIn's professional data: job titles or job functions, seniority, company size, industry, location, skills and specific company lists. Why it matters: on an expensive platform, every impression shown to the wrong person costs real money. Tight, well-tested audiences are where most of the savings come from.

These are the ads that appear in the LinkedIn feed: single image, carousel, video and document ads. We write the copy and produce the creative, or work with your brand assets. Why it matters: feed ads are how most people will first hear of you on LinkedIn, so they need to say clearly who you help and why it matters, in the first line.

Lead Gen Forms

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms open inside LinkedIn and pre-fill the person's name, email, company and job title from their profile. Why it matters: fewer steps usually means more completed forms, especially on mobile. We also set up a way for leads to reach you fast, through a CRM connection, an integration tool or at minimum a daily download, because a lead that waits a week goes cold.

Conversation Ads

Conversation Ads arrive in a person's LinkedIn inbox and offer a few clickable choices, such as "Book a call", "Get the guide" or "Not right now". Why it matters: used sparingly and with a genuinely useful offer, they can start conversations that a feed ad cannot. Used carelessly, they feel like spam, so we use them selectively and only when the offer earns it.

Retargeting

We set up retargeting audiences of people who visited your website, watched your videos, opened a lead form or engaged with your company page. Why it matters: B2B buying decisions take time and usually involve several people. Retargeting keeps you visible while they think, compare and talk to their colleagues.

LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking

We install and test the LinkedIn Insight Tag on your website, set up conversion events such as demo requests or contact forms, and connect form leads to your reporting. Where it suits your setup, we can also look at LinkedIn's Conversions API for more reliable tracking. Why it matters: without tracking, you only see clicks and likes, which are not the same as pipeline. The Insight Tag also builds your website retargeting audience.

How we work

  1. Free growth audit. We review your offer, website and any existing LinkedIn campaign data, and send a written audit within 2 business days. If LinkedIn is not right for you, the audit will say so.
  2. Fixed-price quote. You get a clear quote for setup and monthly management. Work starts only after you approve it.
  3. Your account, your data. Your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account, company page and billing stay in your name. We are added as users, and you can remove us any time.
  4. Offer and audience planning. We agree who you want to reach and what you will offer them. On LinkedIn, the offer (a useful guide, an assessment, a short call) often matters as much as the targeting.
  5. Tracking and build. Insight Tag, conversions, lead form setup and lead delivery go in before launch, followed by campaigns, ads and audiences.
  6. Test and refine. We test different audiences, messages and formats, then shift budget toward what produces qualified leads, not just cheap clicks.
  7. Monthly report. A plain-English report covering spend, leads, cost per lead, lead quality notes and what we will change next. During setup, you also get weekly written updates.

What affects the price?

LinkedIn Ads management starts from $750/mo. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to LinkedIn from your own Campaign Manager account. What can change the quote:

  • How many audiences, offers or service lines you want to promote
  • Whether we produce the creative (images, carousels, short videos, document ads) or you supply it
  • Whether you need a landing page or lead magnet created
  • CRM or integration work to route leads to your sales team
  • The number of countries and languages you target

Monthly management is month-to-month with no lock-in. LinkedIn campaigns generally need a fair test period with enough budget to learn anything useful, and we will recommend a realistic starting budget in your quote rather than an amount designed to look cheap.

What we can and cannot promise

No honest agency can guarantee a number of leads, meetings or deals from LinkedIn. Your offer, price, sales process and market all affect the outcome. What we guarantee is the agreed work, at the agreed fixed price, with transparent reporting, replies within 1 business day, calls in your time zone, and every account and asset staying in your name.

Who is LinkedIn Ads not a good fit for?

  • Most local consumer businesses (restaurants, salons, gyms, home services), where Meta or Google usually reach customers at a far lower cost
  • Low-priced products or services where one customer is worth only a small amount
  • Businesses without a clear way to follow up quickly with leads; LinkedIn leads need a timely, personal response
  • Anyone expecting a large number of sales in the first few weeks; B2B sales cycles are usually longer

How LinkedIn Ads connect with our other services

LinkedIn ads are only as good as the page they send people to. If your website does not explain clearly what you do and for whom, our landing page and conversion service can build a focused page for your campaign. Many B2B companies run LinkedIn alongside Google Search, so they reach people actively searching as well as people who fit the profile but are not searching yet. If you want to understand where to start, request a free growth audit and we will give you a straight answer.

What's included

Built to bring in clients, not just look good.

01

Decision-maker targeting

Audiences built from job title, seniority, company size and industry, so your budget goes to people who can actually buy rather than anyone who happens to scroll past.

02

Lead Gen Forms

Forms that open inside LinkedIn and pre-fill from the profile, which reduces friction on mobile. We also route leads to you quickly so they do not go cold.

03

Sponsored Content

Feed ads in image, carousel, video or document format, written to say who you help and why in the first line, because that is all most people will read.

04

Conversation Ads

Inbox messages with clear choices such as booking a call or getting a guide, used selectively with a useful offer so they start conversations rather than annoy people.

05

Retargeting

Audiences of website visitors, video viewers and form openers, so you stay visible during long B2B buying decisions that involve several people and many weeks.

06

Insight Tag tracking

The LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion events installed and tested, so reports show demo requests and leads instead of only clicks, likes and impressions.

FAQ

Common questions.

Are LinkedIn ads more expensive than Facebook ads?

Usually, yes. LinkedIn clicks typically cost more than clicks on Meta platforms. You pay for precise professional targeting, which makes sense when one customer is valuable, and much less sense for low-priced consumer offers.

Is LinkedIn advertising good for small businesses?

It can be for small B2B businesses with a high-value service, such as IT support, consulting or software. For most local consumer businesses, Google or Meta ads are usually a better use of the budget, and we will tell you if that is the case.

What is a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form?

It is a form that opens inside LinkedIn and fills in the person's details from their profile, so they can submit in a couple of taps. We set up the form and a way for leads to reach your inbox or CRM quickly.

What is the LinkedIn Insight Tag?

It is a small piece of code on your website that lets LinkedIn report conversions, such as contact forms or demo requests, and build retargeting audiences of your site visitors. We install and test it as part of setup.

How long before LinkedIn ads produce leads?

Ads can bring form fills soon after launch, but it usually takes several weeks of testing to learn which audiences and messages produce qualified leads. B2B deals themselves often take longer to close.

Do I keep ownership of my LinkedIn ad account?

Yes. Your Campaign Manager account, company page and billing stay in your name. We are added as users with the access we need, and you can remove that access at any time.
