Yes — adults, children and whole families. Book online and choose “New patient visit”, or call us and we’ll find a time that works.
Do you offer direct billing?
We bill most dental insurance plans directly. Bring your plan details (or add them to your online forms) and you’ll only pay the portion not covered.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe toothache, swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost filling or crown, or bleeding that won’t stop. Call us first thing — we keep slots open every day for emergencies. If you have facial swelling affecting breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
At what age should my child first visit?
Ideally by their first birthday, or within six months of their first tooth. Early visits are short, playful and help children feel at home in the chair.
I’m very anxious. Can you help?
Absolutely. Tick “I feel nervous” when you book and we’ll allow extra time, walk you through each step and agree on a stop signal. Sedation options can be discussed with your dentist.
How long do clear aligners take?
It depends on your teeth — many cases take between 6 and 18 months. At your free consultation we’ll show a digital preview and give you a timeline and quote.
Is in-studio whitening safe?
Yes, when done by a dental team. We check your teeth and gums first, protect your gums during treatment and advise on managing any temporary sensitivity.
